Ingredients

For the crust: You will need 1 ½ cup of graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup of melted butter, and ¼ cup of granulated sugar.

Instructions

Step 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter and set aside.

Step 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool.

Step 4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust and bake for 40 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool completely.

Step 5. In a medium bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese until creamy. Add in the vanilla and mix until combined. Slowly add in the powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Spread the frosting over the cooled cheesecake and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts.
