Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup 7UP
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
