Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the sugar and vegetable oil and mix until completely combined. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and buttermilk. Finally, fold in the chopped chocolate.
